1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pak361 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the pak361 website available at pak361.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered therein.
1.2 pak361 is an English-language online gaming information and platform website designed to serve players in Pakistan. The Platform covers sports betting markets, live casino products, jackpot and feature slot categories, and responsible gaming resources, with particular focus on Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 tournaments, ICC events, football and other sports of interest to Pakistani users.
1.3 By accessing, registering on or using pak361 in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
1.4 These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gambling Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless a specific policy expressly states otherwise.
Important Legal Notice: pak361 does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not claim regulatory approval from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or the State Bank of Pakistan. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and other applicable laws may restrict or prohibit online gambling for residents. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal or financial advice. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of their jurisdiction before using the Platform.

2.1 For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3.1 To register and maintain an active account on pak361, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
The minimum age restriction of 18+ is strictly enforced. pak361 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Winnings accrued by an ineligible user will be forfeited.
3.2 pak361 does not permit employees, contractors, directors, officers or immediate family members of the Platform or its Operator to hold active player accounts, except with prior written consent and subject to additional conditions determined by the Operator.

4.1 Each User may hold only one (1) active registered account on pak361. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Platform reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and forfeit all balances, including real-money and bonus funds.
4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including — but not limited to — your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number. You agree to keep this information current and to notify the Platform promptly of any changes.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share, disclose or transfer your account access to any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been conducted by you, and you accept full liability for all such activity.
4.4 In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the Platform's support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

5.1 The Platform is required to verify the identity, age and address of its users in accordance with the Operator's AML and responsible gambling obligations under its applicable licence. Verification may be requested at registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any other time the Platform deems it necessary.
5.2 For Pakistani users, acceptable KYC documents typically include:
Strictly Prohibited: Altering, cropping, editing or otherwise falsifying any identity or verification document is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
5.3 KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal. Never send sensitive identity documents via chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, email or any unsecured channel.
5.4 The Platform reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a request may result in account restriction or closure.

6.1 Deposits are subject to the payment methods currently available in the Platform's cashier at the time of the transaction. Payment method availability may change without prior notice. References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or cryptocurrency networks are provided for user familiarity only and do not constitute a guarantee that these methods are available or that the respective providers endorse gambling on the Platform.
6.2 All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. The Platform does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third party, the Platform reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the account pending investigation.
6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method, account verification status and operator policy. All amounts are displayed in PKR where applicable.
6.4 The Platform does not accept deposits derived from unlawful activity. By depositing funds, you represent and warrant that all funds are legally obtained from legitimate sources. The Platform operates AML screening procedures and reserves the right to freeze and investigate any account where suspicious activity is identified.

7.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements; (c) the withdrawal method being available in the cashier; and (d) the Platform's internal risk and fraud review processes.
7.2 Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, to the extent technically possible. Where this is not possible, the Platform will process withdrawals via an alternative verified method at its discretion.
7.3 Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and operator policy. Times stated elsewhere on the Platform are estimates only and are not binding commitments. The Platform accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers, banking processes or technical factors beyond its control.
7.4 The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, where the account activity pattern is unusual, or where AML review flags the transaction for further scrutiny.
To avoid delays on your first withdrawal, complete KYC verification before you reach your withdrawal milestone. The Platform strongly recommends uploading verification documents promptly after registration.

8.1 All bonuses, welcome offers, reload promotions, free spins and other incentives offered by pak361 are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between general terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
8.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
8.3 All bonus figures published on the Platform are illustrative examples unless explicitly confirmed as current live offers by the Operator. The Platform reserves the right to amend, withdraw or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice.
8.4 Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and must not be exploited through bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, matched betting or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotional terms. The Platform reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where abuse is identified, at its sole discretion.

9.1 All bets and gaming transactions are final once confirmed. The Platform does not accept requests to cancel, reverse or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted, except in circumstances where the Platform identifies a clear technical error as described in Clause 9.4.
9.2 Betting markets — including but not limited to Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals, football, UFC and other sports — are offered for entertainment and wagering purposes. The availability of any specific market is at the Operator's discretion and may be withdrawn at any time. References to specific competitions (PSL, ICC, etc.) are for sports context only; pak361 has no official partnership with PCB, PSL, ICC or any participating team or organisation.
9.3 The Platform employs certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all relevant casino game categories, ensuring fair and random outcomes. However, the Platform does not guarantee any particular outcome, winning probability or return to player in respect of any individual gaming session.
9.4 In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to software malfunctions, display errors, incorrect odds, incorrect payouts or technical failures — the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, or to correct erroneous payouts, regardless of whether the error was immediately apparent to the User. The Platform will endeavour to resolve such situations fairly and will notify affected users where practicable.
9.5 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary based on account status, VIP tier and operator policy.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak361 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
10.2 Where prohibited conduct is identified, the Platform reserves the right to: (a) immediately suspend or permanently close the User's account; (b) void all pending and historical bets placed in contravention of these Terms; (c) withhold and forfeit all balances, bonuses and winnings associated with the account; and (d) pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.

11.1 pak361 is committed to responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools to help users manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your account settings and through the Platform's Responsible Gambling page.
11.2 Access to pak361 is restricted to adults aged 18 or over — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction. The Platform actively enforces this requirement and may suspend access pending age verification at any time.
11.3 If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool to restrict your own access. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. During a self-exclusion period, the Platform will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening new accounts.

12.1 All content on pak361 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, page layout, design and structure — is the intellectual property of pak361 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent.
12.3 Game titles used on the Platform are generic descriptors only and do not represent real trademarked products unless explicitly confirmed by the Operator. Any resemblance to third-party trademarks is coincidental and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak361 and its Operator, directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure.
13.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The Platform does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
13.3 The Platform's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit either party's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14.1 Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use and protection of your personal data is governed by pak361's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14.2 By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data collected during registration, KYC, transactional activity and platform usage analytics, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14.3 The Platform does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to what is necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, fraud prevention and AML obligations.

15.1 pak361 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform. Where changes are material, the Platform will endeavour to notify users via email or a prominent on-site notice, but the absence of such notification does not invalidate the amendment.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

16.1 You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the Platform's support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, the Platform will process the request and return any remaining real-money balance (after applicable deductions) via your last verified payment method.
16.2 The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where: (a) a breach of these Terms is identified or suspected; (b) the User fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (c) the account is found to be ineligible under Section 3; (d) suspicious, fraudulent or potentially criminal activity is detected; or (e) the Platform is required to do so by law, regulatory direction or court order.
16.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, the Platform reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonus funds and pending winnings associated with that account. The User will be notified of the closure and the reason, except where disclosure would compromise a legal or regulatory investigation.
16.4 Following account closure, certain data will be retained for the periods required by applicable law and the Operator's licence obligations, as further described in the Privacy Policy.

17.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence, details of which are published in the Platform's licensing disclosure section.
17.2 For the avoidance of doubt, pak361 does not represent that its services are appropriate, lawful or available for use in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. The Platform does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any provincial or regulatory restrictions on online gambling.
17.3 Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users are strongly encouraged to seek independent legal advice regarding the lawfulness of online gambling in their jurisdiction before using the Platform.
17.4 Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration institution as specified by the Operator, or to the courts of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, as applicable.
